My aim as a counsellor is to facilitate clients in regaining their equilibrium when life throws them off balance, enabling a sense of new purpose and hopefulness.
I believe that we all have the ability to find our own answers and solutions so as to move forward out of distress, but sometimes we need a counsellor to help us get there. I like to work interactively with you, giving you the time, space and words that you deserve, without directing you.
I offer a private and confidential counselling room overlooking my garden where you can feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I will make no judgments about you or your life and will accept and prize you entirely as you are, offering you warmth, empathy and a complete confidence in your ability to progress on a journey of recovery.
